Feeling overwhelmed when invited to an interview for a job you REALLY want is quite common. Damien was invited to interview for a role and while he started off feeling very excited the feeling quickly subsided to self-doubt, confusion about the aspects he should focus on, how to get the right messages across and how to respond to questions to ensure he was positioning himself as the best candidate for the role.
